Quilt Care Tips

  • house heart icon

    Use

Each quilt is hand-crafted with the intent of being used and loved. Take it to the beach, camping in the woods, or just snuggle up on the couch.

  • bubble water drops

    Wash

Wash quilts with like colors on a delicate cycle. Each quilt has been pre-washed to avoid the first wash scaries and gives it the soft quilt feel.

    Dry

Tumble dry quilts on low heat. If you are able, pull the quilt out before it is finished drying and lay flat until it’s completely dry.

    Store

When not in use, it is best to store quilts rolled up, instead of folded, if possible. And never store quilts in direct sunlight.

My Story

My mother taught me to sew when I was a young girl. I started out making clothes for barbies and eventually grew into making costumes and clothes. As a young women my sewing interests drifted more towards crafts and accessories and one day I decided to make a quilt. I used a pattern called Choclate, created by a local artisan and made four Christmas quilts. I instantly fell in love with making quilts. I love how each quilt takes on its own personality. In 2024 I decided to take a shot at trying to sell some of my quilts, which prompted the creation of this site. Now, my young daughter is eager to learn to sew and craft beside me. I can’t wait to teach her. Maybe someday we can add her creations here. Thank you for stopping by.
